All of our Personal Trainers meet nationally recognized certification standards for fitness by the American College of Sports Medicine, National Strength and Conditioning Association, and/or American Council on Exercise.

People say that when you make a living doing what you love it’s not really work. I found this profession because someone else, doing what he loved, helped me get healthy and drop 40 lbs. I spent 6 years working with trainers on the client side, and have been a trainer now for 4 years. I specialize in weight loss, body shaping, exercise and nutrition education, and working with my clients to find a balance that allows them to achieve and maintain their fitness goals. I work with people at all stages in their fitness journey–just beginning, needing to get back in the game, or wanting to mix their program up. My services include personal training in the gym, program design for those who are self-motivated to workout on their own, program design for those who travel or are working around injuries, nutrition planning, or any combination that best meets your needs.

Education: BA in History from SPU, NASM, ACE, NCSF, NESTA certified, CPR/AED certified.
